General Conditions:

The Animation and Mini Club service is guaranteed from 01/06 to
31/08. Entertainment’s shows and disco till 3:00 AM.
Swimming pool opening is guaranteed from 16/05 to 16/09 (from 10 AM to 6 PM*). *May be changed at the discretion of the management. Mandatory use of bath caps in the swimmingpools.
CASHIER’S OFFICE TIMES: Every day from 8.30 am to 12 pm and from 4 pm to 7 pm. Payments made when the cashier’s office is closed will be subject to a surcharge of € 15,00.
It’s necessary to hand over your IDENTIFICATION BRACELET, personal Pass and car sticker at the payment. If you don’t return or you lose a pass or a bracelet, you have to pay a fine of 50,00 €.
Current account cheques are not accepted.
For stays of more than 10 days, payment must be made on a weekly basis.
The Company is not responsible for any increases in V.A.T.
If guests are present in the Village without being registered, it will be applied a fine of € 100,00.
It’s mandatory to wear the identifier bracelet.

Camping Conditions

Pitch bookings are subject to availability (pitch assigned by the
management).
Prices are daily, whatever time you enter, and include hot and cold water consumption, electricity, taxes and V.A.T. (they do not include tourist tax).
A camping lot, is the area for (tent/caravan, one car, veranda), (camper, one car, veranda). Further equipment, such as a tent for use as a kitchen, gazebos or similar, can be installed as long as they do not encroach on adjoining camping lots. The Management reserves the right to take down these structures if they create an obstruction and/or limit.
Camping lots must be kept clean and tidy during the entire stay, in order to respect all guests and for the dignity of the Village itself. For this purpose, the Management reserves the right to charge, whoever breaks this simple regulation for community living, the sum of € 50,00 as a fee for the cleaning of the camping lot.
Guests are not allowed to change camping lot without prior authorization from the Management.
Arrivals at the Village with your equipment (tent, caravan, camper) are allowed from 8 am to 10 pm. Guests using accommodation in the Village can arrive at any time. (from midnight to 5 am you will be charged from the previous day).
The day of departure will be counted if departure is after 12 am.
In the period from 10/08 to 17/08 the minimum stay is 3 nights, also for who join people in the campsite. Payment on arrival.
CARAVAN TOWING: Guests without their own vehicle will be able to make use of the complete “entry-exit” caravan towing service, for € 50,00. The towing service costs € 30,00 just for entry, just for exit or for changing to another camping lot.
THIRD PARTY CARAVAN TOWING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE VILLAGE.
GARAGING: When the campsite is closed, the monthly rate is €
65,00.

Rental Conditions

For requested stays in the VILLAGE and CAMPING LOTS, booking is compulsory, with a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay, which must be paid by and not later than 2 days after requesting the chosen accommodation; failing this, the booking will be cancelled. The remaining balance must be paid on arrival, after registering. The booking fee is € 12 (not refundable).
The Management must be notified immediately of delayed arrivals or early departures, and, in any case, this entails payment for the entire period booked. In case of arrivals after 12 am on the day following the expected arrival date, not communicated to the management, the booking is cancelled.
If the stay is cancelled, the deposit will be completely refunded, except for € 40,00 for office, postal and/or bank charges, as long as written notification is sent to the Village at least 45 days before the start of the booked period, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
The Management reserves the right to allot accommodations and camping lots at its discretion.
It is prohibited to set up tents, gazebos and/or similar equipment in the green areas reserved for Tents, Maxi-Caravans, Bungalows and Tabbert.
There is a compulsory supplementary charge for final cleaning: Apartments, Bungalow, Capri, Comfort, Deluxe, Escale, Ischia, Novy, Lodge Tent and Luxury Lodge Tent, € 50,00. Rooms and Onda, € 20,00. Tabbert € 35,00.
Arrivals are from 5 pm to 10 pm and departures by 10 am.
Mandatory deposit of € 100,00.
Guests will be charged for any damage to rented accommodation and its furnishings.
The price of accommodation includes: a car parking space, saucepans and tableware, air conditioning on payment by pre-paid card not refundable, TV Sat in Apartments, Rooms, Bungalows, Capri, Comfort, Deluxe, Ischia, Novy e Onda. Blankets and pillows, bed linen with weekly change, equipped veranda or terrace, hot and cold water, electricity (forbidden to use for charging electric cars), gas, taxes and V.A.T. (does not include tourist tax).
It is not allowed to recharge electric vehicles at the accomodation units and pitches.
