GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Activity and Mini Club service is guaranteed from 15/05 to 04/09. Enterteinment’s shows till 00,30 AM, disco till 1,30 AM.
Swimming pool opening is guaranteed from 22/04 to 19/09 (at the management’s discretion non stop hours).
CASHIER’S OFFICE TIMES: Every day from 8.30 am to 12 pm and from 4 pm to 7 pm. Payments made when the cashier’s office is closed will be subject to a surcharge of Euro 15,00.
You must show your personal PASS and car sticker at the time of payment.
Current account cheques are not accepted.
For stays of more than 10 days, payment must be made on a weekly basis.
The Company is not responsible for any increases in V.A.T.
GARAGING: When the campsite is closed, the monthly rate is Euro 50,00.
CARAVAN TOWING: Guests without their own vehicle will be able to make use of the complete “entry-exit” caravan towing service, for Euro 35,00. The towing service costs Euro 25,00 just for entry, just for exit or for changing to another camping lot. THIRD PARTY CARAVAN TOWING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE VILLAGE.
A veranda can be assembled on booking for Euro 60,00.
If guests are present at the campsite without being registered, will be applied a fine of Euro 100,00.

CAMPING CONDITIONS

Bookings are not accepted for camping lots from 01/08 to 20/08.
Prices are daily, whatever time you enter, and include hot and cold water consumption, electricity, taxes and V.A.T.
For camping lot, we mean the area for the tent/caravan/camper, a veranda and a parking space. Further equipment, such as a tent for use as a kitchen, gazebos or similar, can be installed as long as they do not encroach on adjoining camping lots. The Management reserves the right to take down these structures if they create an obstruction and/or limit.
Camping lots must be kept clean and tidy during the entire stay, in order to respect all guests and for the dignity of the Village itself. For this purpose, the Management reserves the right to charge, whoever breaks this simple regulation for community living, the sum of Euro 40,00 as a fee for cleaning a camping lot.
Guests are not allowed to change camping lot without prior authorization from the Management.
Arrivals at the Village with your equipment (tent, caravan, camper) are allowed from 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 10 pm. Guests using accommodation in the Village can arrive at any time. (from midnight to 5 am you will be charged from the previous day).
The day of departure will be counted if departure is after 12 pm.
From 01/08 to 16/08, the minimum stay is one continuous week and for possible people who join other persons into campsite, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
From 25/07 to 22/08, a minimum charge of Euro 41,00 will be charged for an empty camping lot or one that is occupied by just one person.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

For requested stays in BUNGALOWS, DELUXE, “ESCALE” (MAXI CARAVANS), CARAVAN AVERSO, RESIDENCES and CAMPING LOTS, booking is compulsory, with a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay, which must be paid by and not later than 15 days after requesting the chosen accommodation; failing this, the booking will be cancelled. The remaining balance must be paid on arrival, after registering. The booking fee is Euro 12 (not refundable).
The Management must be notified immediately of delayed arrivals or early departures, and, in any case, these entail payment for the entire period booked. If the Management is not notified of delays of over 24 hours, the booking will be cancelled.
If the stay is cancelled, the deposit will be completely refunded, except for Euro 35,00 for office, postal and/or bank charges, as long as written notification is sent to the Village at least 35 days before the start of the booked period, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
The Management reserves the right to allot accommodation and camping lots at its discretion.
It is prohibited to set up tents, gazebos and/or similar equipment in the green areas reserved for Maxi-Caravans, Bungalows and Caravan Averso.
There is a compulsory supplementary charge for final cleaning of Euro 40,00 (Euro 15,00 for rooms only).
Arrivals are from 5 pm to 10 pm and departures by 10 am.
Guests will be charged for any damage to rented accommodation and its furnishings.
The price of accommodation includes: a car parking space, all saucepans and tableware, air conditioning in Residences (Bungalows, Escale and Deluxe on payment by pre-paid card not refundable), TV Sat in Residence, Bungalow and Deluxe, blankets and pillows, bed linen with weekly change, cradle and high chair on request, equipped veranda or terrace, hot and cold water (only cold water for CARAVAN AVERSO), electricity, gas, taxes and V.A.T.

The Management reserves the right to change the prices and conditions of this price list.

REGULATIONS

On arrival, guests must fill in a Public Safety form and produce an identity document. A PASS will then be issued, which is a very personal document, valid for control purposes, and must be shown on request. The Management reserves the right to take legal action against whoever is found inside the Village without having registered and without a personal PASS.
At reception, you will be asked to declare the exact number of members in the group and indicate the equipment to be set up. Customers are kindly asked to check and notify us immediately of any incorrect information or changes. Any other equipment that has not been declared will be removed immediately at the Customer’s expense.
The allotted camping lot cannot be changed without prior authorization from the Management.
Minors under 18 will not be admitted to the Village unless accompanied by their parents or by another adult, who must sign a special declaration of accepting responsibility for supervising and controlling the minor.
Adults will be entirely responsible for any damage caused by their minors to people or things inside the Village, except for children of age who are responsible for themselves. In any case, adults must guarantee that their children’s behaviour, and that of any other minors they are responsible for, does not disturb the tranquillity or safety of Village Guests.
Daily visitors and/or guests are not allowed in the Village.
No type of animal is allowed in the Village.
For Village safety and for everyone’s safety, our Guests must: - use regulation waterproof cables for electrical connections to electricity sockets, making sure that the system is con nected to the Village earth connection; - be extremely careful when using grills and camping gas. Nevertheless, the Management reserves the right to prohibit use under difficult atmospheric conditions; - drive cars, campers, caravans, motorbikes and/or other vehicles, fully respecting the maximum speed limit of 10 Km/h and, in any case, drive with the utmost care, paying special attention to the horizontal and vertical signs marked out in the Village; - only use their cars and motorcycles for entering and leaving the Village.
We remind you to respect the tranquillity of others at any time, especially during silent hours from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 11.30 pm to 7 am.
For good happy community living with reciprocal respect it is advisable: - to put paper and rubbish in the bins provided; - to wash clothes and tableware in the appropriate equipped areas; - not to use fountains, hydrants, and/or other water supplies for personal hygiene and/or for things; - to remember to use shower booths only for the strictly necessary time; - to leave sanitary facilities in the best possible condition after use; - to clean cars, campers, caravans, motorbikes and/or other vehicles in the appropriate equipped areas.
The Management reserves the right to limit the water supply according to particular circumstances of availability, that is, on orders from the administrative authorities.
It is strictly prohibited to: - light fires inside the Village or on the beach belonging to the Village; - ride bicycles from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 8.30 pm to 7 am; - drive motor vehicles from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 11.30 pm to 7 am; - use TVs, radios, musical instruments at a high volume, disturbing the tranquillity of Guests or the Village in general; - dig holes, put up fences or tie up ropes at man’s height; - damage plants, trees or flowerbeds in any way.
Guests are kindly asked to respect any recommendations requested by the Management under special circumstances.
Village Management denies any liability for damage caused to persons and/or things due to using equipment provided for Guests (for example: children’s games, volleyball court, swimming pool, five aside football field, etc.); let it be clearly understood that these are used at Guests’ risk and peril. The Management also denies any liability for damage to people or things due to fortuitous events, circumstances beyond control (only as a non-restrictive example: hail, wind, rain, tornadoes, unpremeditated and/or intentional events by third parties etc.), that is, for any deed that cannot be attributable to the Management or the Village Staff.
These regulations will be issued in their original form and signed by Guests on examination and acceptance of the contents, while a copy will be kept at the Management office. Our staff is authorized to ensure that regulations are respected and the Management reserves the right to ask any Guests who do not conform to leave the Village.
The tidiness, cleanliness and good functioning of our community facilities also depend on the civil and respectful behaviour of our Guests.
