Summary of measures for the prevention and management of the epidemiological emergency by COVID-19 in accordance with national legislation and ordinances of the Campania region.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
On arrival, the body temperature of the guests, staff and suppliers is measured, if this is higher than 37.5 degrees, access is prohibited.
We recommend booking and check-in online to facilitate the procedures on arrival.
In order to prevent contagion, the cooperation and commitment of all is decisive, as some rules must be respectet like:
- Wash your hands often
- Use face mask
- Avoid embraces and hand shake
- Keep a minimum distance of 1 meter for social contacts
- Do not use the same bottles and glasses especially during sports activities
- Don’t touch your nose, mouth and eyes with your hands
- Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough
We have foreseen the barriers anti droplet and the preference for the payment with electronic modality in order to avoid contacts
All the rooms and furnishings of the reception and cash desk will be sanitized daily with specific products
Guests must use the mask when they are in closed places or outside when it is not possible to guarantee the interpersonal distance of at least one meter (except those belonging to the same family).
It is guaranteed a wide availability and accessibility of hygiene systems for hands based on hydro-alcoholic solutions in various locations within the structure. The use of disposable gloves is not mandatory except in commercial activities.
Staff shall be required to use the mask in all circumstances where it is not possible to guarantee the interpersonal distance of at least one meter.
The camper is safe by staying in his own pitch as the size of the pitches ensures the safe distance.
The mobile means of accommodation of guests (tents, caravans, campers, etc.) must be placed inside the pitches, ensuring compliance with the measures of social distance between the various crews. The social distance must be guaranteed even in the case of use of accessories or appliances, such as tables, chairs, sunbeds, etc. The layout of the accommodation must always ensure a distance between the housing units of at least 1 meter between the outer sides.
The housing units available for guests will be subject to the application of cleaning, disinfection and sanitation procedures.
The sheets will be subjected to washing at 60 degrees using specific disinfectant products.
COMMON TOILET FACILITIES
In the toilets all sanitary facilities are usable keeping the minimum distances provided. It is forbidden to make crowds. The constant sanitation of surfaces, contact parts and sanitary, carried out by staff, ensures the safety of users
. In the toilets are dispensers with hydro-alcoholic sanitizing solutions for hand hygiene.
The animation service is guaranteed from 18/06 to 31/08/2020
Participation at the animation activities requires preferably a reservation, in order to ensure the distance and safety for guests and operators.
All the activities that allow a suitable distance are possible: miniclub with outdoor workshops, fitness activities, individual sports and evening entertainment.
Supplied with dispensers with hydroalcoholic solutions for the hygiene of the hands in well visible points at the entrance and in areas of frequent transit, in order to promote the hygiene of the hands. There is an obligation to wash your hands already in the entrance. It is also mandatory to shower soapy before swimming in the pool.
It is safe to bath in the pool as the chlorine contained in the water of the pools is constantly monitored (free active chlorine between 1.0 - 1.5 mg/l; combined chlorine 0.40 mg/l; pH 6.5 - 7.5.). The density of crowding in the water is calculated with an index of 7 square meters of water surface per person.
The density of crowding in the solarium and green areas is calculated with an index of not less than 7 square meters of floor area per person. The placement of any equipment (chairs, sundeds) will be applied while maintaining distances and using dedicated routes. At each change of user and at the end of the shift, they will be sanitized by employees.
BEACH AND SEA
Each sun umbrella must have available 10 square meters.
Among the beach equipment (sunbeds, deck chairs), when not placed under the umbrella, must be guaranteed a distance of at least 1.5 m.
Sanitizing products are available for guests and staff in several points.It is possible to book the beach service with umbrellas and sun loungers for hire.
In the free beach areas are applied the same rules as the areas with umbrellas for hire.
RESTAURANT AND BAR
In the restaurant, customers must wear a face mask whenever they are not at the table.
All rooms, tables and chairs are sanified and cleaned according to each service.
Hygiene products can be used by customers and staff at several points in the room, especially at the entrance and near the toilets.
It is possible to reserve the table and the take away service.
The restaurant and bar also have outdoor tables with spacious terraces.
The tables are arranged in such a way that the seats ensure a distance of at least 1 meter between the customers, except for persons not complying with the minimum distance according to the applicable regulations, this last aspect is related to individual responsibility. Consumption direct at the bar is allowed only with an interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter between customers, except for people who according to the regulations in force are not subject to interpersonal distance, this last aspect is related to individual responsibility.
It is possible to practice all individual sports (tennis, water sports, running etc.) and it can be practiced in total safety.
